Well today was the official start day.  My goal is to loss 2 pounds each week.  It's going to be hard but I strongly believe I can do it.  I didn't do to bad today.  I stuck with only drinking water all day which is a big accomplishment for me.  I did a 20 minute workout this morning (which kicked my butt).  I am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow morning.  I also spent 30 minutes with my personal trainer.  We have to go pretty slow there since I just had a wrist injury and can not put much weight on my left wrist.

A Little Motivation

Getting Ready!

Well today is Saturday.  I am working on creating a meal plan for the week so I only get what I need from the store tomorrow.  I have talked to a few of my cousins and we are planning on running a 5k in DC the middle of September.  It is something to look forward to and also encourages me to start running again.  I plan to start by walking 45 minutes to an hour everyday before breakfast.

Starting Out

I am using this blog to try to keep myself motivated to reach my goal of losing 30 pounds by summer.  Some of you are thinking okay thats nothing to write about and I see your point for the most part.  I am doing this to keep myself motivated by posting pictures, quotes, and recipies to try and stay on track.
