Well today was the official start day. My goal is to loss 2 pounds each week. It's going to be hard but I strongly believe I can do it. I didn't do to bad today. I stuck with only drinking water all day which is a big accomplishment for me. I did a 20 minute workout this morning (which kicked my butt). I am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow morning. I also spent 30 minutes with my personal trainer. We have to go pretty slow there since I just had a wrist injury and can not put much weight on my left wrist.
