Getting Ready!

Well today is Saturday.  I am working on creating a meal plan for the week so I only get what I need from the store tomorrow.  I have talked to a few of my cousins and we are planning on running a 5k in DC the middle of September.  It is something to look forward to and also encourages me to start running again.  I plan to start by walking 45 minutes to an hour everyday before breakfast.
